2" Base is a dense-graded aggregate with a maximum size of 2", approved under FDOT Optional Base Group, GDOT GAB, NCDOT ABC, TXDOT Item 247 Type A, and NYSDOT Subbase Type 2. It is the heavy-duty base course material for roadway sub-base, industrial site pads, and laydown yard construction where high load-bearing capacity and compaction are required.
